Viv Padman has developed and operated Aged Care Facilities for over 30 years in S.A. & Qld. He has served on various Aged Care Industry Boards at State & Federal levels & served on the Boards of Health Employees Superannuation Trust Australia (HESTA), Utilities Trust of Australia (UTA) & Advisory Board of QIC Shopping Centre Fund.

He has also served on Dept of Health & Ageing Committees for Extra Service, Payroll Tax & Technical Reference Group.

In 2010 he won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Services for South Australia. In 2014, Padman Health Care, which employed over 1000 staff was sold & a new Group now trades as Premier Health Care.

He believes in a “Sustainable sector to achieve best outcomes for Residents”.
