AUDIENCE: Company Directors, C-Suite and Aged Care Executives
PRESENTER: James Saunders from Pride Living

SESSION OVERVIEW:

Most Providers offer services at no cost that fall outside of Specified Care and Services requirements.

With 60% of the industry operating in deficit, it is vital residents contribute towards the cost of these services.

Introducing an Additional Services program allows you to remain relevant in an increasing consumer-directed market and financially sustainable. Unfortunately, as we saw in the BUPA case, you can get it wrong.

This session provides insights into a successful additional services program.
