Pre-Work for Level 1 leaders – The CILCA 360 Assessment
We would recommend executive and senior participants complete a 360 Assessment Tool designed specifically for the care industry. The CILCA 360 Assessment Tool (Care Industry Leadership Capability Assessment) provides 360 feedback against the Australian Aged Care leadership capability Framework and quality standards and provides leaders with additional support to highlight areas of strength and development. The spaces between the sessions will allow the opportunity to apply learning back into the work place through action learning assignments and case study work. A recommended text for the program would be ‘The Practice of Adaptive Leadership’ by Heifetz, Grashow and Linsky.

The CILCA360 and associated coaching support measures a leader’s capability against the five leadership domains and measures compliance with the Care Industry Standards. The assessment includes a survey and a 1.5 hour debrief.

  • The CILCA 360 assessment itself is online for both the recipient and their raters
  • Assessment Reports and the Self Development Guide are in a digital format
  • De-briefs are undertaken online

More information on the tool can be found at cilca.com.au
