The session will be based on two case studies where Pride Living worked with providers who considered/executed a merger. It will provide some context for the way to consider whether this is the right path for your organisation and includes a board self-assessment tool.

As this is a session designed to address concerns of attendees it will allow for questions during the presentation. Bruce will share the methodology that Pride Living follows to ensure that all parities achieve their objectives should they decide to investigate a merger.
