Implementation of the New Aged Care Act: Associated Providers

The Aged Care Act 2024 introduces a transformative new regulatory framework that reshapes responsibilities for Associated Providers, Registered Providers, and Aged Care Workers. Leaders who manage subcontracting, partnerships, workforce, or compliance must understand these changes to avoid legal breaches and ensure seamless service delivery.

In this webinar we will focus on:

  • Understanding the Associated Provider regulatory model
  • Identifying legal risks across subcontracting and workforce arrangements
  • Strengthening contracts and due diligence systems
  • Reducing organisational exposure under the new Act
  1. Designing compliant subcontracting frameworks aligned with the Act.
  2. Strengthening contract clauses to reflect regulatory oversight duties.
  3. Implementing compliance monitoring systems for all associated providers.
  4. Reducing risk exposure in multi-provider service delivery models.
  • Preparing documentation for audits and Commission enquiries
  • Q&A
