Over the past 14 years, the care services sector in Australia has grown and matured, and technology advancements have played a significant role in that growth – supporting essential services for Australians who need aged care or other health care. 

 IT Integrity, in collaboration with ITAC (Innovative Technology Across Care) and the aged care sector, have developed a State of the Industry report aimed at developing an understanding of the state of technology adoption, the key technology challenges that providers are facing, and the digital maturity in the sector.
