With a background as a Registered Nurse holding a Graduate Diploma in Gerontology, she has held a variety of senior roles across health and aged care. Michelle is the Chief Executive Office of Lutheran Homes Barossa moving from her position as CEO in a NFP regional facility. Michelle is passionate about quality care being delivered to older Australians and this is led through her passion of organisational and clinical governance, risk management, strategic and business performance, quality and compliance.
